La tecnología como ventaja competitiva para el desarrollo de la industria Latinoamericana

En este trabajo se presenta un panorama general de los problemas por los que atraviesa actualmente Latinoamérica en materia de asimilación tecnológica y que le impiden tener una mayor participación en el mercado mundial. Lo anterior se debe, principalmente, a que en el pasado siempre, tuvo que recurrir a la transferencia de tecnología, limitándose a sí misma para innovarla y generar una propia. Asimismo se considera una propuesta para alcanzar un desarrollo tecnológico de la región, a través de tres factores estratégicos determinantes: la educación (superior y posgrado); la participación del gobierno, y la propia empresa, partiendo de los problemas por los que atraviesa actualmente la industria textil mexicana. / In this work a general overiew of the problems is presented by those that it crosses Latin America at the moment as regards technological assimilation and that they prevent it to have a bigger world market share. The above-mentioned owes herself, mainly to that in the past always, it had to appeal to the technology transfer, being limited itself to innovate it and to generate an own one. Also it is considered a proposal to reach a technological development of the region, through three decisive strategic factors: the education (degree and degrees superiors); the government’s participation, and the own company, leaving of the problems for those that it crosses the industry textile Mexican at the moment
