Aspectos relevantes de la iniciativa de reforma de Pemex

Abstract

La importancia económica de la industria petrolera difiere de acuerdo a las particularidades del país de que se trate, para las economías emergentes representa uno de los puntales esenciales en el impulso al desarrollo económico, esto cubre no sólo los problemas de producción sino las consecuencias sociales con las cuales se encuentra relacionadas; aquí se analizan dos aspectos relevantes: el primero es el elemento de sustentabilidad que se menciona en la iniciativa y que causa contradicción a lo propuesto; el segundo se refiere a aquellos puntos que originan la controversia principal referida a la privatización o no que se localizan en la propuesta gubernamental./ The main economic aspect of the petroleum industry is different dependig of the particularity of each country, for the emergent economies represent one of the esencial support for giving force to the economy development, into relationship are the social consecuense of the production problematic; here analisys for two relevant aspects the first is an sustentability element what the propouse inclous and his contradictory aspect. The second are the all aspects what controversy risource conserning privatization or not, incluse in the government propouse.
