Abstract

This article describes the analysis of family business evolution as a form of entrepreneurial activity at the international level. Based on the multiple studies implemented at the European and international levels, we provide statistical data confirming the social and economic role of family business as a form of entrepreneurial activity for the development of the country’s economy. We have tried to identify the period of appearance of this form of entrepreneurial activity in the Republic of Moldova and its main domains of specialization.
