Abstract

The basis of the student's future is the school. If the school's teaching work is not implemented by the teacher on the basis of proper measurement penalties then children can not imagine the bright future. Despite the suggestions of scholars, educationists, psychologists and various commissions from the ancient times to the present time, the teachers have made a concerted effort in the education system, at the school and college level, to create good teachers teaching work, but still considering the current technological changes and Changes in the teacher-education program are necessary in the future creation of society.
