Abstract

This paper presents a centralized, web-based Col- lege Event Management System designed to streamline the organization, registration, and participation process of college events. Traditional manual event handling methods are inefficient and lack coordination between institutions. The proposed system provides a unified platform with distinct user roles: Admin, Organizer, and Student. It facilitates event creation, registration, and result declaration while ensuring secure and structured access. Built on a modern web architecture using technologies such as React.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, the system enhances accessibility and engagement through intuitive dashboards and gamified participation. The platform also supports QR-code- based check-ins, team formation, and submission management. By digitalizing the entire event lifecycle, the framework reduces administrative workload, improves communication, and fosters collaboration between multiple colleges, contributing to a more connected academic ecosystem.
