Abstract

AI-Enabled smart Education System is a novel AI-driven education management platform designed to modernize institutional workflows. It consolidates students, faculty, and administrators into a single adaptive digital ecosystem, combining a cloud-based infrastructure with intelligent analytics and automation. Core modules include an AI-powered chatbot for academic and administrative support, machine-learning–based predictive analytics for student performance monitoring, and automated dashboards for attendance and reporting. The system is implemented using a React.js frontend, Node.js backend, and Dialogflow/ OpenAI NLP, with MySQL/MongoDB databases hosted on AWS cloud. Experimental evaluation on real academic data shows the platform can significantly improve efficiency: automated tasks reduce administrative workload by ~40%, the chatbot achieves ~92% accuracy on user queries, and the predictive model yields over 90% precision in identifying at-risk students
