Impact of Person Organization Fit on Interpersonal Mistreatment with Moderating affect of Affective Commitment

Abstract

The current study examines the impact of person organization fit on mistreatment with moderating affect of affective commitment among employee in Pakistan. This is a conceptual study that critically reviews relevant literature and proposes a theoretical model and propose hypothesis. The study noted significant associations among person organization fit with mistreatment and moderating affect of employee’s affective commitment with organization.
