Çoklu bayi sistemlerinde alternatif transfer-satış politikaları

Abstract

Transfer-satışlar rassal müşteri taleplerini karşılamak için bayiler arasından sıklıkla başvurulan, uygulaması kolay ve acil üretici sevkiyatlarına nazaran az maliyetli bir yöntemdir. Doğru transfer-satış politikalarını bulmak amacıyla önemli sayıda akademik çalışmalar bulunduğu halde, birçoğu hem modelleme hem de analitik analiz konusunda karşılaşılan zorluklardan dolayı iki bayili sistemlere kısıtlı kalmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı iki bayili sistemler için bulunan en iyi politikalardan yola çıkarak, çoklu bayi sistemleri için en iyi politikaya mümkün olduğunca yakın ancak uygulaması daha kolay sezgisel transfer-satış politikaları önermektir. Bu amaçla birçok perakende sektöründe uygulanabilecek gerçekçi bir modelle merkezi yönetilen çok bayili bir transfer-satış problemi çalışılmıştır. İki farklı potansiyel transfer-satış gönderici seçme metodu ve iki farklı transfer-satış gönder/gönderme kararı alma metodu tanımlanarak toplamda dört farklı sezgisel transfer-satış politikası önerilmiştir. Birçok problem senaryosu oluşturularak yapılan sayısal analizler, önerilen bu sezgisel politikaların en iyi politikaya toplam maliyetler, stoklama miktarı ve transfer-satış kullanım oranı açısından oldukça yakın sonuçlar verdiğini göstermektedir.
