Dünyada ve Türkiye’de yaşanan son iktisadi gelişmeler üzerine değerlendirmeler

Abstract

Son yıllara egemen olan küreselleşme olayının dört temel öğesi önemlidir: Küreselleşmeden en büyük yararı, i) zengin ülkeler, ii)ülkeler içindeki zengin tabakalar sağlamıştır. iii) Küreselleşmenin etkisi her ülkede farklı olmuştur. iv) Türkiye , deneyimi başarısız olan ülkeler arasında yer almıştır. AKP iktidarı, diğer bazı sorumlu kuruluşlar mirasyedi zihniyetiyle hareket ederek ülke varlıklarını satma, ekonomiyi yabancılara açma hevesine kapılmışlardır. Ekonomi, fiyatlarının çok sağlıksız biçimde oluştuğu borç, hisse senedi, döviz piyasalarının tekeli altına girmiş, sanayiinin gelişmesi yetersiz kalmıştır. Faizlerin çok düşük olduğu günümüz dünyasında rekor düzeylerde faizler ödenmiş, spekülatif karlar peşinde koşan yabancı para akımlarıyla belirlenen TL aşırı ölçülerde değerlenmiştir. Cari açığın dünya ölçeğinde rekor düzeylere erişmesi pahasına enflasyonda görece bir rahatlama sağlanmıştır.
