Abstract

Challenge dergisinde, Dünya Ticaret Örgütünün 2001’de Katar’ın Doha kentinde düzenlediği görüşmelerin tartışıldığı bir forum kapsamında yayınlanan bu makalede, Doha’daki başarısızlığın kaçırılmış bir fırsat mı, yoksa bir felaketten kıl payı kurtuluş mu olduğu tartışılmakta; her durumda, gelişmekte olan ülkelerin, aynı çerçeve ve biçimde görüşmelere tekrar başlanmasına direnmeleri gerektiği savunulmaktadır.
