Abstract

Avrupa Topluluğu (AT) rekabet kuralları iç pazarda rekabetin kısıtlanmadığı bir sistemi gerektirmektedir. Bu kuralların uygulandığı temel alanlar, teşebbüsler arası rekabeti kısıtlayıcı anlaşmalar, tekeller, özel ve münhasır hak sahibi teşebbüsler ve devlet yardımlarıdır. Türkiye AT antitröst düzenlemelerinin önemli bir kısmını kabul edip, elektrik ve telekomünikasyon gibi altyapı sektörlerini serbestleştirmesine rağmen, devlet yardımları alanında gelişme sağlanmamıştır.
