Abstract

Bu araştırmada IMKB tekstil sektöründe faaliyet gösteren aile işletmelerinde firma başarısınını etkileyen faktörler tespit edilmeye çalışılmış, sözkonusu değişkenlerin firma karlılığı ile olan ilişkileri bulunmuş ve çoklu regresyon analizi yardımıyla lineer modeller kurulmuştur. Şirket genel müdürünün aileden olması ile aile dışından profesyonel bir yönetici olması durumlarının şirket başarısına olan etkisi gözlenmiştir.
