Ulusal Arge Tamamlayıcısı Olarak Uluslar Arası Kurumsal Risk Sermayesi

Abstract

Türkiye’de, hem Araştırma-Geliştirme(Ar-Ge) için gayri safi yurtiçi hasılanın yüzdesi olarak gelişmiş ülkeler kadar harcama yapılmamakta, hem de Ar-Ge harcamaları gelişmiş ülkelerin Ar-Ge harcamaları kadar etkin durumda bulunmamaktadır. Gelişmekte olan ülkeler, sanayileşmiş ülkelerde olduğu gibi, uluslararası kurumsal risk sermayesini ulusal Ar-Ge tamamlayıcılığında stratejik bir yaklaşım olarak kullanabilirler. Çalışmada, Türkiye’nin teknolojiye açılan bir pencere olarak Ar-Ge harcamasının belirli bir yüzdesini Amerikan kurumsal risk sermayesi şirketlerine yatırması şeklinde bir model ortaya konmuştur.
