1994, 2002 Ve 2003 Yılları Hanehalkı Gleir Ve Tüketim Harcamaları Anketleri: Anket Sonuçlarına Farklı Bir Bakış

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı; 1994, 2002 ve 2003 yıllarına ilişkin Hanehalkı Gelir ve Tüketim Harcamaları Anketlerinin sonuçlarının karşılaştırılması ve gelir dağılımı ile tüketim kalıplarındaki değişimin incelenmesidir. Son anketler, gelir dağılımında ve tüketim kalıplarında önemli bir iyileşme olduğu sonucunu vermektedir. Anket bulgularına gore, 1994 yılında 0.49 olan Gini katsayısı 2003 yılında 0.42’ye gerilemiş, tüketim harcamaları içinde ise gıda harcamalarının payı azalmıştır.. Ancak,, 1994-2003 döneminde, hanehalkı kullanılabilir geliri ve tüketim harcamaları reel olarak gerilemiştir. Bu dönemde, menkul kıymet gelirlerinin toplam hanehalkı kullanılabilir geliri içindeki payı önemli ölçüde azalırken, ücret geliri ve devletten alınan transfer gelirlerinin payı artış göstermiştir. Bu eğilim, gelir dağılımındaki iyileşmenin temel kaynağını oluşturmaktadır. 1994-2003 döneminde, göreli fiyatların gıda dışı ürünler lehine gelişmesi de gıda harcamalarının payını azaltmıştır.
