Demografik Değişkenlerin Duygusal, Devamlılık Ve Normatif Bağlılıkla İlişkileri Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı demografik değişkenlerle örgütsel bağlılık türleri arasındaki ilişkileri ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmanın araştırma kısmı Karaman Emniyet Müdürlüğü’nde görev yapan 118 polis memuru üzerinde yapılmıştır. Araştırmada örgütsel bağlılık, Allen ve Meyer’in üçlü bağlılık modellerine uygun bir şekilde duygusal, devamlılık ve normatif bağlılığı olarak ele alınmıştır. Örgütsel bağlılığı ölçmek üzere Allen-Meyer ikilisi tarafından geliştirilmiş bulunan Örgütsel Bağlılık Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Demografik değişkenlerden eğitim düzeyi ve kıdem ile örgütsel bağlılık türleri arasında olumlu, yaş ve cinsiyet ile olumsuz ilişkiler bulunmuştur
