Abstract

Avrupa Birliği’ne giriş sürecinde uluslararası ticarette Türk firmalarının karşılaştıkları en önemli sorunların başında, finansman imkanlarının sınırlı ve üretim faktörlerinin maliyetlerinin yüksek olması gelmektedir. Avrupa Birliği ülkelerinde yerleşik işletmelerin, finansman kaynaklarına daha kolay şartlarla ulaşabilmeleri; Türk firmalarının uluslararası alanda rekabet edebilirliğini olumsuz yönde etkilemektedir. Özellikle Türkiye, bulunduğu konum dolayısı ile coğrafyanın kendisine bahşetmiş olduğu ticari imkanlarını kullanarak Türki Cumhuriyetlerde üretilen malların pazarlanması ve satışında önemli bir rol üstlenebilir. Bu çalışmada, Türki Cumhuriyetlerin, Türkiye üzerinden Avrupa Birliği’ne yönelik ihracatını artırıcı bir ödeme ve finansman yöntemi olarak karşılıklı akreditif incelenmiştir
