Abstract

Toplumların mevcut değer yargıları kadın ve erkeğin yetişme tarzı üzerinde farklılıklar yaratmaktadır. Bu farklılıkların işletme içine yansıması ise işletmenin yönetmek zorunda olduğu bir durumdur. Günümüzde kadınların her geçen gün iş hayatındaki mevcudiyetlerini artırmaları işletme kültüründe değişimlere yol açmakta ve örgüt içindeki cinsiyet farklılığı yönetilmesi gereken bir olgu olmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın konusu, kadınların iş hayatındaki artan istihdamının toplumsal değer yargılarının paralelinde işletmelere yansıması ve işletmeler açısından cinsiyet farklılığının yarattığı sorunların özellikle kadınların bakış açısından ortaya konulmasıdır.
