Hedef Maliyetleme: Dinamik Bir Maliyet Yönetim Yaklaşımı

Abstract

1980’li yıllardan beri, hedef maliyetleme yaklaşımı batıda büyük bir dikkat çekmiştir. Bu yaklaşım, günümüzde pek çok işletmenin izlediği, ürünün imalat sürecine ve toplam maliyetine az bir önem gösteren geleneksel maliyet yönetimi yaklaşımının hemen hemen tam tersidir. Yeni bir ürünün öncellikle dizayn ve planlama aşamasına uygulanan hedef maliyetleme, 1970’li yıllarda geliştirilmiş olup, halen en önemli Japon işletmeleri tarafından kullanılmaktadır. İlgili literatür ve uygulamalara dayalı olarak hazırlanan bu çalışmanın ana amacı, hedef maliyetleme yaklaşımının kapsamlı bir tartışmasını sunmaktır.
