Türkiye''de Muhasebe Anlayışı Ve Meslek Mensupları Üzerinde Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Türkiye.deki muhasebe anlayışının ve meslek mensuplarının bazı özelliklerinin tespit edilmesi amacını taşımaktadır. Araştırma, meslek mensuplar ına anket formu gönderilmek suretiyle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmanın ilk bölü- münde araştırma kapsamındaki meslek mensup ve yardımcı elemanların eğitim düzeyleri ve mesleki tecrübelerine ilişkin veriler sunulmuştur. Muhasebe yardımcı elemanlarının daha fazla verimli olabilmeleri için nelerin yapılması gerektiğine ilişkin veriler ve bu konu ile ilgili olarak karşılaşılan problemler çalışmanın ikinci bölümünü oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın devamında muhasebe mevzuatındaki değişikliklerin ne derece ve hangi kaynaklardan takip edildiği bu değişikliklerin sürekli takip edilmemesinde etkili olan faktörlerin neler olduğu belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın son bölümünde ise muhasebe elemanlarının hangi işlemleri daha sıklıkta yaptığı belirlenmeye çalışılmış ve kendileri açısından muhasebenin ne anlam ifade ettiği tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır.
