Abstract
Employee turnover intention within the banking sector has increasingly become a focal point of inquiry for academic researchers. Employing a bibliometric analysis, a total of 266 scholarly articles concerning turnover intention in the banking industry were systematically retrieved from the Scopus database and scrutinized. Utilizing the VOS viewer software, each publication is examined from various perspectives, including authorship, co-citation, keyword occurrence, and bibliographic coupling. The statistical evaluations reveal that scholarly output related to turnover intention among banking personnel has exhibited a consistent upward trajectory in recent years. This study may provide a crucial reference for forthcoming researchers, imparting insights into the evolution of the field and underscoring emerging trends. By analyzing bibliometric data on turnover intention, scholars can attain a more nuanced understanding of the existing landscape, pinpoint essential areas for additional exploration, and formulate effective strategies to mitigate the factors propelling employee turnover.
