E-learning has become an important component of education because of the growing need in the technological era and plays a vital role in teaching digital literacy. Therefore, this study aims to assess learners' attitudes towards e-learning software usability. This study aimed to explore the effects of key factors of e-learning software usability on the satisfaction level of university learners. Data were collected from 200 university students using questionnaires. Questionnaires were validated using a t-test for partial hypothesis analysis.
