One-Person Unicorn: An Agent-Based Architecture for Automated Financial Services

Abstract

Historically, large financial institutions have dominated financial markets by leveraging superior data acquisition and analytical capabilities, while individual investors and small and medium-sized enterprises have faced significant barriers to entry and limited access to comparable services. In recent years, the rapid advancement of Agent AI technologies has created new opportunities for financial analysis and management tasks that previously depended heavily on human labor. This paper first introduces the concept and architecture of the “One-Person Unicorn” enabled by Agent AI, then presents its practical functional design and implementation. It concludes by examining the architecture's potential challenges and outlining future developments in both its conceptual framework and functional capabilities.
