Abstract

This study investigates the factors influencing digital psychological resilience among college students using chatbots, focusing on emotional perception, information filtering, language communication ability, social interaction ability, and personalization adaptability. The results indicate that emotional perception and information filtering act as mediators, translating the effects of language communication ability, social interaction ability, and personalization adaptability into enhanced digital psychological resilience. Emotional perception improves emotional regulation, and information filtering supports the management of information overload, both contributing to greater resilience. The study underscores the importance of these mediating processes and suggests practical applications in educational, organizational, and mental health contexts to enhance digital adaptability.
