Abstract

In recent years, the landscape of higher education has seen a significant shift toward integrating ideological, moral, and mental health education. This paper explores the deep integration between mental health education and ideological and political teaching, proposing a holistic framework that promotes comprehensive student development. By embedding ideological and moral principles across all academic disciplines, this approach aims for “stealth education,” where ethical values are seamlessly integrated into everyday learning experiences. Leveraging digital platforms further enhances psychological support and tailors interventions to promote both ideological clarity and psychological resilience. The study adopts a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys with qualitative case studies, to evaluate the effectiveness of integrated educational programs. Survey findings from a diverse sample of 1,200 students indicate high levels of confidence in understanding complex concepts, increased enthusiasm for learning, and positive impacts on psychological well-being.
