Influence of Special Treatment, Interactive Features, Physical Features, and Price on Customer Loyalty Restaurant Industry

Abstract

Customer loyalty is key to success or failure of a business. Businesses, especially after recent pandemic, are striving to attract and retain customers. Customers loyal to the business are vital for survival and growth. There are various factors affecting the loyalty of customers. The purpose of the present research was to study such factors. This research was conducted in restaurants and food points in Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab, Pakistan. Present study includes primary and secondary data. Secondary data includes literature review and books published on the subjects. Primary data were collected by using structured questionnaire. Collected data were analyzed with SPSS (V.19). Researcher conducted required tests to check the relationships among variables, which are indicated positive by analysis results. Research findings are useful for holders of steering wheel of the restaurants and food points in driving them to achieve their goals.
