Abstract

To address “model-geography” information separation, delayed collaboration, and ineffective risk early warning in complex highways, this study proposes a BIM-GIS “three-layer nine-interface” data closed loop and “dual-loop” feedback mechanism, validated in a Sichuan-Chongqing mountainous interchange section. The framework realizes IFC-GeoJSON semantic mapping (data layer), event stream-driven spatiotemporal consistency (synchronization layer), and progress-safety-collision quantification (analysis layer). A 30-day test shows schedule deviation reduced from 3.8% to 1.6%, clashes down 38%, safety index up 22%, with 15-min self-calibration. Results confirm enhanced model real-time performance, scalable architecture, and replicable early warning. It provides a new integrated management method for mountainous complex highways and lays the foundation for digital twin integration.
