Abstract

At the beginning of third millennium the security risks, symmetric and asymmetric, are internal and external and aims all areas social, cultural, economic, politic and military. People need to structure their lives, to function in an appropriate environment, which allows to adapt successfully at the environment requirements. In the development of the contemporary society, an important role is taken by the contemporary education. In a world torn by problems like “the fear about tomorrow†, we can observe a change in the mentality and attitude of adult population, towards education and employment system. Before attempting to solve the great problems of the world, I believe that each country should focus on solving the domestic problems, because the human being is the cause and solution of the the world's problems of today and tomorrow.
