Directions and strategies to enhance the military centers

Abstract

Romania's admission to NATO and the EU have made a vast process of the transformation of Romanian army, so that it would be unable to meet its basic mission to ensure the safety of Romania and its allies, to promote regional stability and global, through the use of diplomacy and defense strategy to support the institutions and local authorities with prerogatives in the field stability and efficient operation of the national system for the generation and regeneration of force, as well as completion of the insurance and the resources needed to defend. For the purpose of this article we want to moral fundamental role of military centers in the planning, organization and ensuring human and material resources necessary for the development military body.
