The efects of standardization and interoperability of ally frame work, up on the new type of national defense resources management

Abstract

The type of research within this paper is exploratory, qualitative and comparative. The information resulted from the critical analysis, data interpretation generated from my own research and the comparison with the data obtained by other authors lead to identification of some actuality and innovation issues regarding the proposed problematic within the paper title. The premises under analysis, logically and scientifically argued are strictly related to some aspects of resources defense management which could lead to the review of specific defense domain normative frame: remuneration, military system of occupational pension, military career management- and the effects on the efficiency of military activity, national and alliance wise, professional motivation or career evolution. Effectiveness and efficiency of the integrated management of resources for defense, is increased in the compliance and implementation of common rules in all its fields. Human and financial resources are the basis for success of operations.
