Eu-27 Health And Economic Crisis: Unprecedented Recovery Plan Proposed By European Commission

Abstract

Our article proposes a synthesis of the report State of the Union 2020, presented by the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen on September 16 this year, in which it analyses the achievements of the first 100 days after taking office and reveals the new strategic orientations of the European Union. 2030-2050. We have structured the article into 4 parts, which refer to: a) The elements of a new economic growth strategy for Europe. The achievements in the first 100 days; b) The way to get out of the health crisis caused by the pandemic; c) The Measures to recover the EU economy during the health crisis and the prospects on the short term; d) Establishing the EU's strategic guidelines for the horizon 2030-2050. The article ends with conclusions.
