Abstract

In 2011, the aluminum international market has been influenced by the economic climate worldwide, characterized by turbulence stock, given the financial crisis in some member states of the European Union, the devastating earthquake that struck Japan in March this year, and the distrust of investors on economic trend of developed countries. All these factors have led to the increase in aluminum prices at the London Metal Exchange, despite the excess of metal on the international market.
