The presented data focuses on the relationship between market trends and the main factors having a major influence on the evolution of demand, supply and on the zinc quotation on the LME (London Metal Exchange). In the final part of the paper we present some short term forecasts of the zinc market and of the zinc prices taking into account the increasing global demand for this product.
