Visión del Desarrollo Local desde la Universidad en un Municipio Cubano

Abstract

Se conceptualizan una serie de definiciones básicas tomadas en cuenta en el proceso de conformación del Grupo Gestor del Desarrollo Local en el Municipio Camajuaní. Se confirma a la capacitación como un proceso básico en la preparación para que el territorio asuma un Proceso de Desarrollo Local Sostenible y auto-gestionado. Se clarifican los retos de gran complejidad que plantea la Gestión Universitaria del Conocimiento a nivel local. Se define el papel y funciones del Centro Universitario Municipal (CUM) como Universidad Local en la Red de Desarrollo Local, los principales actores de la Red, los resultados del diagnóstico inicial del Municipio, las principales Líneas Estratégicas del Territorio y la composición básica del Grupo Gestor del Desarrollo Local en el Municipio. Se trabajó en la aplicación de indicadores y la medición del impacto de la Educación Superior en el desarrollo local. / A series of basic definitions taken into account in the process of formation of Local Development Management Group in Camajuaní Municipality are conceptualized. Training is confirmed as a basic process in preparation for Territory to assume a sustainable and self-managed local development rocess. Highly complex challenges posed by University Knowledge Management at local level are clarified. The role and functions of Municipal University Center (MUC) as a Local University in the Local Development Network, the main actors of the Network, the results of the initial diagnosis of the Municipality, the main Strategic Lines of the Territory and the basic composition of the Local Development Management Group in the town. Work was done on the application of indicators and the measurement of the impact of Higher Education on local development.
