Abstract

El presente artículo se propone caracterizar el Sector de Software y Servicios Informáticos desde el punto de vista del aporte que realiza al desarrollo local, haciendo especial hincapié en las posibles consecuencias para la problemática de la rotación laboral en el caso de Tandil. Para el estudio se desarrolló una revisión de la literatura, análisis de informes nacionales, entrevistas con actores clave y recopilación de datos sobre empresas del sector. Entre los principales resultados se advierte una tensión entre la incorporación de personal para el incremento de las ventas al mercado externo y la expansión de las exportaciones para favorecer la incorporación de recursos humanos, sin presión a la baja de los salarios. / This article aims to characterize the Software and Computer Services Sector from the point of view of the contribution it makes to local development, with special emphasis on the possible consequences for the problem of work rotation in the case of Tandil. For the study, a review of the literature, analysis of national reports, interviews with key actors and compilation of data on companies in the sector were developed. Among the main results it found is a tension between the incorporation of personnel to increase sales to the foreign market and the expansion of exports to favor the incorporation of human resources, without pressure to lower wages.
