Abstract

The purpose of the study is to add to the extant literature by focusing on edupreneurs exploring the possible relationships between Workplace Spirituality (WPS), Employee Engagement (EE) and Organisational Commitment (OC). In particular, the parallel mediating effect of Job Engagement (JE) and Organisation Engagement (OE) is discussed. A conceptual framework followed by survey method was embraced and data from 333 faculties employed in different universities/colleges of Rajasthan were collected. The results suggest a significant indirect relationship between WPS and OC Furthermore, JE and OE completely mediate the relationship between WPS and OC. It is fair to conclude, based on the results, that WPS is a critical element in enhancing the commitment level of edupreneurs.
