Abstract

In 2011, University of Maribor decided to become a 'sustainable and socially responsible university'. We summarise here its related efforts and the basic reasons for them. Then we consider the implementation of the S%SRUM as a non-technological innovation process, because S%SRUM is supposed to become a beneficial new practice; this cannot be attained by writing and passing good documents alone.
