Abstract

This paper is focused on developing a risk-oriented approach to the organisation of international trade and intellectual resources of production with the alternative of high-tech production based on intelligent machines and medium-tech production based on digital personnel. The originality of the research is that it contains for the first time selected areas - the first: the development of high-tech industries based on intelligent machines and the second: the development of medium-tech industries based on digital personnel - that are clearly distinguished and considered as an alternative. The uniqueness of the paper is that it presents a new view of the organisation of international trade and intellectual resources of production - from a risk perspective. As a result, a risk-oriented approach to the organisation of international trade and intellectual resources of production has been developed, involving the reliance on high technologies and intelligent machines, that is, the implementation of the first scenario.
