Abstract

A data mining based online education sustainable development effectiveness evaluation method is proposed to address the issues of low evaluation accuracy and efficiency in traditional methods. Firstly, analyse the four elements of sustainable development in online education; secondly, the decision tree method is used to decompose the similarity of online education data to obtain the similarity between different data, and probability statistical methods are used to mine online education data. Then, combine the data mining results with the four elements to construct an evaluation index system; finally, based on the principle of fuzzy set transformation, a fuzzy evaluation matrix is established to conduct fuzzy evaluation on the evaluation indicators and obtain the evaluation results. The experimental results show that the proposed method has high evaluation accuracy, fast efficiency, and a small gap between the evaluation results and actual performance.
