Abstract

Personalised services is a field in rapid development. The aim of such system is to provide the user with relevant information that takes into consideration the context when using the system basing on the user preference learning. These systems have been gaining interest in transport field to help users with their travel itineraries. For example, traveller may search for information about itineraries details, make online air-ticket bookings, online room reservations, etc. Personalisation is an effective solution for reducing complexity when searching information.
