Abstract

Technological competencies require significant attributes for their beneficial impact on the manufacturing organisations. The paper is focused on selection of best attributes through multiple MCDM methods for the successful implementation of technological competencies' factors which act as foundation for improving and enhancing the performance of manufacturing firms. Data was collected through a questionnaire survey, and various factors were analysed for further research. The factors that have a substantial impact on the company's performance and competitiveness were identified as a result of the investigation. Several sources of a firm's technology competences are identified in order of their efficacy by utilising several MCDM approaches.
