Abstract

The present study aimed to design a model for organisational DNA in public companies and organisations in Isfahan. The statistical population of the qualitative section included 15 public companies and organisations of Isfahan province, which were selected by a purposive sampling approach, and 384 employees were included in the quantitative section that were selected by the stratified random sampling method. Results of the data analysis showed that information block could be explained in four dimensions (organic approach, optimal information monitoring, and conformity of the general evaluation of the organisation with the existential nature of the organisation), developing practical measures to evaluate performance, functional feedback, and information). Structure block could be explained in three dimensions (integrated process-focused structure, organic structure with the knowledge management approach, development based on the organisation's mission). The motivational block and the right decision-making block could be respectively explained in one dimension (optimal motivation system) and two dimensions (participatory decision-making to develop employees and the organisation and implement a meritocracy system based on the real interest of the organisation and organisational stakeholders).
