Numerous researches all indicate that entrepreneurial attitude can change the organisations. Therefore, organisations and large companies consider 'entrepreneurial attitude' more than before. They are constantly ready to meet customers' demands and pull marketing. In this paper, we study the functional factor that initiates corporate organisation.
