Abstract

Critical Success Factors (CSFs) of NPD in Technological and Manufacturing Cluster (TMC) is first discussed, and then 47 CSFs are divided into hierarchical structure by factor analysis and causal analysis. While Analytic Network Process (ANP) can be applicable to consider the inter-relationship of the problem and to prioritise the relative importance of multiple evaluation criteria, expert judgment is always vague. To compensate the deficiency in conventional ANP, a fuzzy ANP is proposed to solve the problem. After case study, we conclude that the structured procedure and proposed model leads an enterprise to reach a more satisfactory performance.
