Empirical analysis of the trade between Liaoning and Japan as well as effects of absorbing Japan's direct investment

Abstract

Japan is one of the important economic and trade partners for Liaoning province, it plays an important role for Liaoning's foreign trade. The close trade relationship between Liaoning and Japan is based on the geographical proximity and economic complementary. This thesis started from the economic and trade relationship between Liaoning and Japan; it established regression model to empirically analyse the trade between Liaoning and Japan and effects of absorbing Japan's direct investment using the relevant statistics data; lastly, it illustrated the economic and trade prospects of Liaoning and Japan, then it gave us a more profound understanding of economic and trade relationship between Liaoning and Japan.
