Abstract

This paper discusses extension of TAM for implementing ERP in a public sector undertaking in a public sector undertaking in India. TAM is used to find determinants that need to be considered for IS implementation at individual level. In this research, we have used primary survey to find different factors that impacted ERP implementation at an organisation level and then mapped to determinants in TAM. The framework developed from this research can be tried in other organisations to fine tune the approach.
