Abstract

Technological competencies have long been recognised as essential for establishing a competitive edge in the market by quickly adapting to changing opportunities. This paper presents an insight into technological competencies and their impact on manufacturing performance. The survey and quantitative data analysis of the Indian manufacturing industry in the northern region is the focus of this paper. The data for this study was gathered by a questionnaire survey, and then analysed using several methods. The organisation's turnover, the number of employees working, and the company's market share were the main demographic characteristics analysed. An analysis of variance significant level was drawn using the chi squared test. Quantitative approaches such as correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were utilised to identify the factors that have a greater impact on organisational performance.
