Abstract

Human capital significantly impacts an organisation's productivity, growth, and functioning, with employees as its core component. Companies must focus on activities like hiring, orientation, training, performance monitoring, rewarding excellence, fostering a good work environment, and ensuring employee satisfaction. Monitoring organisational progress helps in identifying issues and developing growth strategies. Emerging fields such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics, Internet of Things (IoT), and sensor networks have transformed work quality and quantity. Intelligent machines, capable of decision-making and mimicking human behaviour, are increasingly used in various fields, including business. This study analyses AI's impact on human capital, supported by experimental observations.
