As the topic was strategic in University of Tehran, the statistical population consists of 200 directors and deputies of the university, among whom 132 were randomly selected. Data collection was conducted based on a questionnaire designed by Loshali and Krishnan (2013) regarding human resources management, and Huges and Morgan (2007) regarding corporate entrepreneurship. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the experts and its reliability was confirmed by composite reliability coefficient and Cronbach's alpha.
