Abstract

The learning process in the Automotive Engineering Education Study Program's Machine Performance Testing course is still proving tough due to the lack of an independent study guide. The electronic module chassis dynamometer is one of the learning aids that allows students to improve their competency outcomes while also supporting student learning independence. The electronic module integrated job sheet (E-MIJS) chassis dynamometer is a digital teaching material designed to facilitate students in the independent learning process in achieving the expected competencies. The 4D model development process was employed, which consists of four stages of development: definition, design, development, and distribution. The results showed that E-MIJS was placed in the appropriate category by material and media specialists. The difference in learning outcomes between pre-test and post-test findings demonstrates that E-MIJS is an effective and efficient tool for improving student competence.
