The implementation of mobile learning in higher schools of Kazakhstan

Abstract

This article considers how the process mobile learning's implementation is realised through phased development of ICT in Kazakhstan higher education. The article examines the main indicators of ICT development in higher education of Kazakhstan. In this article are shown the main problems in e-learning foundation. The author tried to tell about the prospects in development of ICT and e-learning in higher education for next ten years. The main part is devoted to the current situation with the implementation of mobile learning in Kazakhstan. It has highlighted the examples of the successful organisation of mobile learning in universities.
